Is it mandatory to create an account to place orders?

It is mandatory to create account in the website. The profile captures your name, e-mail id, contact number, delivery and shipping address. This is the part of the service delivery requirement. Of course we maintain your personal information with utmost confidentially as per our Privacy policy.

Creating an account helps you track your orders and also enable you to get a occasional promo code from landmarkonthenet.com.

Does Landmarkonthenet offers any discount?

Giving value to our customer is our key objective. We always ensure the best of discount to our customer. Offers & discounts are subject to change and it’s is valid as per the terms and conditions.

Can I get the same product from your store?

It depends upon the product, period and also it completely depends upon the stock availability.  To ensure that our customer enjoys their shopping in our Website and Stores, we maintain a unique supply chain tie-up with our business partners to ensure the stock availability.

Does the price in your website and the store remain the same?

It depends upon the product and also the period. The price at our Online store and Retail store may or not may remain the same. What is the difference between promo-code & Gift Card?

A promo code is a discount voucher, which will provide a discount on the shopping cart while shopping Online. You will receive these kinds of codes time to time directly to your registered mail id as a part of promotional campaign.

A Gift Card is a payment mode and is ideally cash card (As like debit card), which enables smooth, easy and secure way of transacting both online and offline. You need not showcase your credit each time you shop, when you have the gift card.

You can purchase the gift card of for any value (Min Rs 50) from our website or from our stores directly.

How can I know the product availability?

If you see an “Add to cart” button on the product page, it indicates the availability of stock. Stock availability is subject to change and it depends on the number of orders we receive for the day.

Payments

What are the Payment options available at Landmarkonthenet?

You can make your payments through, credit cards, internet banking, landmark Gift Cards and even partially use gift cards and other modes except COD.

COD option is also an available as a payment mode for certain product (Refer COD policy)

How do I know whether the payment through credit/debit card is successful?

Once your order is authorized by the bank, you would get a confirmation email from landmarkonthenet.com with an order number.  You may also log on to your account and check the status, if the status is authorized. Your order is successful.

What should I need to do, if my payment is not successful?

You may call/write to our customer care to check the status of the order. The customer care will guide you in case of any issues.    

What is Cash-on-delivery? How can avail this option?

Cash of Delivery is a payment mode which is availed for shopping most of the products and is serviceable in most of the Pin codes. You need to pay only in Cash at the time of delivery. (Refer COD Policy)

Should I need to pay for the shipping?

Landmark offers free shipping on the entire range of merchandise irrespective of price points across India.

Are there any hidden charges for the product I purchase?

There are no hidden charges for any of the products/merchandise sold on landmarkonthenet.com

Order, Shipping & Delivery

When will you start processing the order?

The order processing starts immediately once you place the order. We always try to expedite shipping and ensure faster delivery as per the committed delivery timeline. If incase of any deviations to the time line, we will give an intimation to your registered e-mail id

How can I know the status of my order?

You can log on to “my account” page and view the item wise status. You can also contact to our customer care for further details.

How long will it take me to receive the products that I have ordered?

While you add an item in your cart, it will indicate the committed delivery time line in the product display page. We will strive to deliver most the products as per the committed timeline and If incase of any deviations to the time line, we will give an intimation to your registered e-mail id.

*** In case of deliveries in cities and towns, which are in the interiors and not well connected by our couriers, partners and airports, may take about 4 - 5 days.

 

I received only few items from the complete order, what happened to the rest of the item?

We always try to send your shipments in a single consignment. Since, we manage our supply chain from different warehouse and supplier you may receive part of your cart items in a different shipment.

I ordered in your website, can I collect it from any of your store?

Currently we do not have the facility of ordering it online and collecting it from the stores. 

How can I track the status of the shipped items?

Once the items are shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification mail to your registered e-mail id from us. This will have airway bill number and courier name. You can use this information to further track your order from the respective courier website. You may also contact the customer care for the status.

How will I come to know about the delay in shipment?

As a process, we intimate customer’s on item getting delayed beyond lead time agreed or mentioned in the website.  This happens in case the orders are more than the stock availability at our warehouse of supplier.
