About the Author
Since 1991, Suzanne Collins has been busy writing for children’s television. She has worked on the staffs of several Nickelodeon shows, including the Emmynominated hit Clarissa Explains it All and The Mystery Filesof Shelby Woo. For preschool viewers, she penned multiple stories for the Emmy-nominated Little Bear and Oswald. She also co-wrote the critically acclaimed Rankin/Bass Christmas Special, Santa, Baby! this book is a real page turner.fast paced and entertaining,it is a must read for all book lovers.if your going to watch the movie then you must first read the book as the movie has missed out certain elements needed for understanding the story.

The first book is absolutely amazing. I stayed up half the night to finish it, then had to read the rest. The next two books don't quite reach the brilliance of the first, but they're pretty good reads as well. The box set is nice too - the t-shirt is pretty neat!!
