The Sony DSC-HX100V belongs to the Cyber-shot family of point and shoot cameras. This Sony camera uses the Exmor R CMOS sensor with 16.2 megapixel resolution. The Carl Zeiss Vario Sonnar T lens of the Cyber-shot camera provides 30x optical and 4x digital zoom. The focal length of this digital camera is 4.8 mm - 144 mm and 27 mm - 810 mm in the 35 mm equivalent format. The DSC-HX100V is ideal for those who are photo enthusiasts and travel regularly.

This Cyber - shot camera weighs 577 g including the accessories, memory card and batteries. The camera body has a rounded, classic DSLR shape.
