Free shipping Policy

We offer a unique service to our customer. We ship your orders anywhere within India at free of cost.  Further for your kind information, there may be some restriction in accepting orders in few Pin codes. We may not be able to service to those locations.

Landmarkonthenet manages a huge range of product categories and carries more than 10 million titles in our different warehouses and with suppliers.  Due to this, we may not be able to ship all your cart items in a single shipment. Considering this complex supply chain, the dispatch details and the entire order status is available in your account page.

Cash on Delivery Policy

Landmarkonthenet constantly captures the customer’s requirements and accordingly we deliver those needs. As a value added feature, we have introduced the Cash on delivery (COD) to our customer. All the products may not have this feature and only the product with icon “Pay Cash on delivery” below the “Add to Cart” button in each product display page is applicable under COD.

As a part of our verification system, you will be guided to provide your mobile number and you will receive a verification code, which will be used to complete your order. You need to select COD applicable & not applicable product in the different cart to avail this service.

We strongly recommend our customers to make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. Cheque’s, Demand Drafts or any other payment mode will not be entertained at the time of delivery.

As a part of our COD Policy, We cannot accept the cancellation request after dispatch and delivery of the products. If the products are either damaged or defective, we will arrange for replacement of the same product and no cash refund will be made. Alternately, we always believe in giving confidence to our customers and hence we have arranged a unique feature of providing a onetime promo-code equivalent to your cancelled product value. You can use this Promo-code for the next purchase in Landmarkonthenet. Customers are requested not to share this promo-code to anyone for security reasons.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

Landmarkonthenet sources the products from the world class brands with best deals and genuine products. All these products come under the Manufacturer's Warranty & guarantees (Applicable as per the respective company’s terms & condition).

Return  Policy

We follow a no questions asked returns policy for 7 Days from the date the delivery. We request you to intimate us the returns within 7 days from the date of delivery to our Customer care. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through our courier partner. While we receive the returns from your end, in parallel we will arrange to resend the replacement at most priority. Products must be handed over to our courier partner in the same condition with the original unopened product package as it was delivered.

In case of electronics product, landmark takes the liability of any transit damages. Manufacturing defects shall be reported to the respective manufacturers or contact the landmark customer care for further guidance.

We always look to provide seamless customer service. Landmark as a part of the trusted group, will take the best of efforts for the maximum customer satisfaction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a part of our cancellation policy, you are free to cancel any one item in the cart or the whole cart. Cancellation can be initiated directly from your end through your account page or you may call our customer care for further processing.

The status of each item in your cart can be viewed from your account page and for your kind information; we may not be able to accept the request for cancellation, if the items are already dispatched.

As per our Refund policy, we do not offer any Cash refunds. We will refund the amount equivalent amount through the respective payment gateways. 

For all purchases made through internet banking, Credit cards and Gift cards we will process the refund through the respective payment gateways. The status of the refund will be reflecting in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of refund initiation.
